Scoutmasters Welcome by: Jim Prospect Troop Ben is a "Monkey Run" unit with scouts from eleven to eighteen years old. We have strong adult leaders that provide the guidance and direction, but the experienced scouts who have earned positions of leadership in the troop plan the meetings, select the outings, and teach the newer boys what it means to be a Boy Scout. Our goal is for the scouts to learn to take responsibility within our Troop and their community.
